[Seattle Area] Looking for Buy side due diligence provider for buying a small business
Hi All,
I am looking to buy a small business in Seattle area but I am not able to find good contacts who can provide due-diligence services for buyer side. I see a lot of seller side services being offered.
Maybe I am looking at the wrong places, but any recommendations, please share :)
Looking to purchase in 1-1.5 MM range
Industry: food and beverage
No family background in business. Looking for help on full DD and closing process.
