Rental Water heater responsibility.
I signed a lease agreement with my tenant which states tenant must pay 30% of utilities. The utilities included in the lease agreement - Section 6. Service and Utilities includes electricity, gas, water and water heater.
The tenant says that this is included under the utilities section but its rental of equipment (Reliance water heater) so he wont pay. He says this is not a utility bill.
Do I have a case in LTB to get the payment form him or not?
Currently he only pays for water, gas and electricity.
