My maths was wrong
So I’ve been stuck at the last five kilos for god knows how long. I thought you had to eat just under maintenance. So I was counting the kilojoules correctly but I was way off with the amount. As soon as I realised this, I’ve lost almost two kilos in a matter of weeks. LMAO.
