Layoffs on the way.

It appears that layoffs may be on the horizon in my current organisation.

I am currently on a Skilled Worker Visa (SWV) and have already completed more than three years with my employer. My performance has been strong, and as far as I know, everything has been going well.

Given the uncertainty, I would appreciate some advice on the options available to me and any steps I should be taking now to protect my position and immigration.
