Preface: i love house. great show.. but I swear every other episode there is some story line about an affair, cheating partners, patients, main story or side arc, taub, every! freaking! time!
It’s just repetitive, annoying, and im just wondering if theres a reason or if the writers just have some weird quirk for infidelity.
im trying to do some weight lifting and i swear im only feeling it on my joints and not the muscles. i am using machines, i have studied form, i still just feel the strain on my knees or hips, yk? any advice?
I have mild hEDS, i am trying to lose weight and gain muscle, for confidence reasons but also for pain management and having an easier time carrying myself.
all the advice i have seen seems to be at-home exercises, ex. pilates videos. i really want to find a way to use gym equipment to have the same results, is that possible? i am a beginner in the gym and my EDS symptoms have started affecting me more this past year. so im pretty new to all of this.
I have found that I can really only get myself to work out if I have a gym membership and I know that money is being drained. It is a motivator for me to actually go to the gym/work out.

i love looking through everyones writings, but then it just hit me that ai trains on everything. it could learn from this page how to mimic human handwriting, something that should be so unique to us. ugh.
i am starting to do some workouts and strength training as orthos have suggested to help me build muscle around my joints to reduce pain. i know there are a lot of rules that come with hEDS work outs and i was wondering if there are rules around core training? i dont know if it would hurt me too much, looking for advice!!
