Question Regarding Time Sheet

Trying to help my mom with her timesheet. She works for 2 recipients, I know the max amount of hours you can claim weekly is 66 hours combined. Is there a weekly max hrs for each recipient I can claim?

For ex. If recipient (A) has 100 hours monthly and recipient (B) has 140 hours, for each week as long as it dose not exceed 66 hours total it will be fine? Lets say I claimed 30 hours for A and 35 hours for B for a total of 65 hours that week, will I still be in the clear?

From what I understood If you work for 2 or more recipients the weekly max is 66 hrs and there is no individual recipient's authorized weekly maximum.

Question Regarding Max Weekly Hours You Can Work With Two Recipients

For LA County I know that if you work for two recipients you cannot exceed 66 hours combined weekly. Is there also a max weekly limit on each recipient? Lets say recipient 1 has 100 hours monthly, do I have to limit each week for 25 hours max? Or can I go over for that recipient.

Violation for exceeding workweek letter

Mom received a work week violation letter exceeding 66 hours in a work week for the first time. She works for two recipients. Violation shows weeks 5/16-5/31. I calculated the hours worked & claimed for both recipients according to the submitted time sheets and they do not exceed 66 hours unless they combined works week 1 and 2. Can some help me understand how they calculate the works weeks? Thank You.
