How do you do preorders and have a chance at paying retail on the Topps website? I’ve only ever been able to get some baseball hobby stuff on there that stayed for a couple of days, but I always put my email to “be informed of preorders” and have NEVER gotten any emails. I understand there is an EQL system as well. How does this work? Like what do I gotta do to even see this and have a chance at getting something from Topps.com??
