Called to negotiate a better rate after a jump to $25.99/month charges. I had been paying $60-72/year since 2021. Spoke to a live person and she wouldn't negotiate lower than $12.99/mo and she didn't counter offer when I said to cancel. So I'm canceled, lol. Is this how it works these days? I thought they were trained to convince you to stay
