OMVI 3i POE Bugs
I've had my OMVI 3i POE installed for almost a day now and I am surprised to have encountered at least 4 issues so far when connected to my RLN36 NVR. Not sure which device is at fault as the NVR had a firmware update yesterday to work with the OMVI.
I've seen issues with: uncommanded pan movement to the mechanical stops after tracking events, the resolution screen watermark sometimes showing 720P resolution on the tracking camera when it should say 8M, tracking camera does not return to monitor point after manually commanded pan/tilt commands, and night smart mode turns the light on for motor vehicles when that box is unchecked.
I realize it's brand new so it's not unusual to have issues, but I'm hoping they can resolve them soon. I've submitted tickets on all, and have already heard back from Reolink on a few of them asking for additional details. That's a good sign. Overall, besides these issues, the camera is excellent!
Have any other OMVI 3i POE users noticed any bugs?
