Hi, per title - UOB PPV deducted my UNI$ automatically to pay the annual fee. Tried calling and applying for waiver via the app but both got automatically rejected.

1. Is it normal for waivers to be rejected? I have not had a late payment so far, this is the first time my cc fee waiver has been rejected

2. Any way to recover my UNI$, or is it gone?

Mildly panicking now, appreciate if anyone has any advice! Thanks :")
