Help with dealing with support
Gonna try to make this concise, if additional info needed I’ll provide
- took stacked order, after picking up order app told me to deliver, wouldn’t even let me switch to 2nd order (assumed it was canceled)
- delivered but every time I hit complete an error came up. Took pictures when customer came out to get food
-called support, said the order was complete on their end, lady said she was removing other order at no penalty to me as it was an app issue
- surprise it did go into my ratings dropping my completion rate from 100-99 (2 points in new system)
- called right back and agent was beyond unhelpful, eventually settled on her leaving notes to correct.
- didn’t change and tried chat support, again not super helpful. Mixed up AR and completion more than once. Finally seemed like they understood, even called me to explain. Said they made note to have it changed.
-2 days later and still nothing
Try again or any tips to get this fixed or decide they aren’t going to fix and cherry pick even harder?
