Head pressure as a pssd symptom

Any idea what may be causing it and has anything helped with this symptom? It fluctuates but it bothers me a lot and has been pretty constant for 27 months.

All my worst symptoms started from a medication reaction

My house has confirmed mold in the attic and basement. We have lived here for 3.5 years. I'm sure our previous rental had mold too and possibly our previous home. We own and don't have money for remediation. Selling would be financially disastrous. These are my worst symptoms: dpdr, emotional numbness, anhedonia, head pressure, sexual dysfunction. Theres a lot of other stuff but these are the things that really impact me. All these symptoms strongly correlate to changing medication doses, stopping Lexapro, and trying to reinstate ssris 26 months ago which led to a severe adverse reaction. All these symptoms are common with pssd or protracted withdrawal syndrome. I feel like even if I leave my house, get rid of my stuff, etc. I won't be able to heal because I think the medication injury is causing way more issues than the mold exposure. I'm really lost. And yes I know about mold detox procedures etc. but I'm really sensitive and it's not safe for me to take supplements or medications without making my condition worse.
