Velop local access has stopped working
I have a Linksys Velop WHW03 v1 running firmware 1.1.19.216893. Since the Linksys Smart Wi-Fi/remote web management service was discontinued, I am trying to use the local web interface, but I cannot log in at either https://192.168.1.1 or https://myrouter.local. The login page reports “Invalid router password” followed by “Unexpected Error 2317,” involving /jnap/core/CheckAdminPassword. The Linksys app continues to work and I can administer the mesh normally through the app. I have tried Safari private browsing and another browser, rebooted the parent Velop, changed the local administrator password through the Linksys app, and then separately reset the administrator password using the Recovery Key. The newly reset password still produces the same Error 2317. We also confirmed from a Mac that 192.168.1.1 responds normally to HTTP requests and that the router’s JNAP service is responding. The network itself is functioning normally. I do not want to factory-reset a functioning mesh network. Any thoughts?
