H1B Pending - Laid off before October 1st
H-1B petition (filed June 10) withdrawn Aug 10 after layoff, but withdrawal confirmation hasn't come through yet can USCIS still approve the petition before the withdrawal is processed? On F-1 CPT, worried about falling out of status if timing overlaps. Anyone dealt with this?
