Bought a partially lined bomber jacket. I like the look of it except for this bunching where the edge of the lining (which runs along underneath this part) meets the shoulder. Is this fixable?

Edit: The material is linen-lyocell blend for context. The lining I believe is polyester but not sure. Happy to provide more photos / details if required. Thanks 😄
