Hey OnStar, Where can I find my EV’s spark plugs?
My EQEV’s display started showing a “Service High-Voltage system” so I called OnStar and asked them to run a diagnostics on it. They did so and sent an email with the details where it mentions that an engine misfire has been detected! In an electric vehicle!
Really inspires confidence when OnStar thinks that an EV has an ignition system, fuel and an emissions.
I know that it’s probably some placeholder description brought forward from their gas vehicles, but it makes them seem so unprofessional (which doesn’t help their already poor reputation).
