How would you split this rent?
$3350 total rent.
Bedroom #1. Slightly smaller room space room and regular size closet. Need to use bathroom near the entry.
Bedroom #2. Slightly larger room space (with in bedroom hallway adds space and privacy) and a big size walk in closet and a private bathroom.
What should be a reasonable range for each room?
We might do coin flip on who gets master. He initially proposed to take masters paying $50 extra claiming no difference in room size so I’m proposing 1625/1725. After reading tho, do think it makes more sense to do at least 1600/1750 regardless of who takes master. Or I might propose one of the idea from comments : one person chooses the price, another choose which bedroom to take.
Because if it’s even, who wouldn’t want a more private room with WIC and en-suite bathroom?
