Done with Fatal Frame 2 Remake
Finished my completionist run, which took quite a while, especially considering how expensive the outfits were. I also ended up buying the maximum number of Reversion Beads since I still had leftover points. As a longtime fan who has played every game in the series, I have to say it took some time to adjust to the new battle system, but overall, it was still fun.
My first Nightmare run wasn’t too bad after the patch, and I barely skipped any random fights since I was still making a profit from them while grinding for points.
I also discovered that the points earned from specters depend on the film used and the distance, which motivated me to aim for the highest score possible. I didn’t quite manage to hit 800k in the end, but I’m still pretty satisfied with my final score.
It took me under 80 hours to finish, and overall, I’m very satisfied with the experience. Here’s hoping we get a remake of 3 next!
