Hi everyone, I’m traveling to Sofia in June (specifically the NuBoyana area) and wanted to ask locals what I should prepare for.

I’m from Los Angeles, so I’m curious how the weather compares if anyone here has been here too. What’s it usually like during the day vs at night in June? Is it dry like LA or more humid?

Also, what kind of clothes should I pack? Are there certain things people usually wear in Sofia around that time, and is the style generally more modest or casual? I just want to make sure I pack appropriately.

One more thing... is it better to use cash or card there for most things? Are there places where cash is still more common?

Any other tips for a first time visitor would be really appreciated. Thanks!
