This is a newb question I'm sure. I've been making these little-ish large-ish felt ornaments. I have buttons incorporated but I'm unsure of how to bead them? I bought some mixed glass beads but even my smallest needles will not go through the holes. Do I have the incorrect needles, or how do I go about finding the correct bead hole size? I live in rural America. There is no craft store for me to figure this out within many hours. I just want to bead my hand embroidered creations!

The yarns are a 50/50 silk/merino base.

Threads are 55/45 bfl wool/silk.

Roving is 19.5 micron merino.
