The 5G standalone toggle became available almost immediately after switching to the Value 2.0 plan. It appears that 5G SA provisioning is based on the plan. No new SIM card needed, since mine's already pretty new.

Technical Details:

• Device: iPhone 13 mini
• Version: iOS 17.7.2 (it's a spare phone)
• SIM: physical SIM, SKU 6528C, ICCID starts with 8901410x33
• Other features on account: MNS, 4EON
