Where's the agenda content?
I watch city meetings, sometimes I attend them. But now Rochester is no longer publishing the full text agenda for any meetings.

I hate to summon the transparency is trust spirits, but woof.
This is on Tuesday's Charter Commission agenda.
Discussing of various Home Rule Charter edits for clarity, clarification and consistency purposes.
What does this mean? Well, now I have open another two links (yay deep web) to learn that the Charter Commission is going to be discussing potential edits to the city charter. Proposed by whom? Got to go back to the March meeting to find that this came from the office of the mayor. Whose edits and responses? Who the fuck knows! Not like this isn't an important part of the body politic or anything.
Good job, Rochester - can't wait for all the bullshit to be buried even deeper.
It's online and today (May 2 2026) is the last day. https://webapp.co.olmsted.mn.us/shoppingcart/site/swcd/treesales/
We don't like any of the ones we have, including the one we haven't built yet, so let's spend another $55 million!
This is why we need city council members that are working in a full time position for the residents of the city, not their builder buddies.

Ward 5 council member Palmer thinks nbd, but he's never voted against his developer buddies interests either. The entire council compensation is about 2.5 cops.
