21M almost reached my one year training mark. I get told I'm overtraining but I feel the best I've ever felt. College football training was honestly harder than this. See training schedule below⏬

Sunday:
1 hour striking sparring
1 hour of rolling/”ground mma”
5 50 yard sprints after

Monday:
Bag Work/shadowboxing
1 hour boxing practice
1 hour MMA practice
1 hour BJJ practice

Tuesday:
Full Body Workout
Bag Work/Shadowboxing
1 hour MMA practice
1 hour BJJ practice

Wednesday:
1 hour boxing practice
1 hour wrestling practice
1 hour BJJ practice

Thursday:
Full Body Workout
1 hour Muay Thai Sparring
1 hour MMA practice
1 hour BJJ practice

Friday:
5 50 yard sprints
3-6 3 minute boxing sparring rounds

Saturday:
Full Body workout
Bag Work/Shadowboxing
Static stretching throughout the entire day
Lots of resting

I'm a full time college student, I don't work a job, my school is paid for, I love my life rn but know it's only going to be like this for about another year. Looking to get my first ammy fight in December of this year, will mark about 1.5 years of training martial arts. College football was harder than this, even pro fighters tell me I do too much but I don't care.

Edit: I eat plenty of nutritious food, get at least 7 hours of sleep, and drink well over a gallon of water daily, so I feel great.
