UISP-S Alternatives

We have been a Ubiquiti shop for 10+ years. However, with stock issues on the equipment we actually use, we are forced to look elsewhere. We have used the UISP-S (non Pro) pretty extensively because it has passive 24v and 48v POE that we use for our APs and ONUs. What are WISPs switching to?
