origin of the laugh sound effect???

Pressure gauge only reaches pre-infusion range while pulling a shot. Hot water spout sputters instead of giving a consistent flow. Steaming milk takes over 2 mins just to end up with warm milk with little froth.

Already tried descaling twice with vinegar. Descaled another time recently with Breville descaling solution. Also tried leaving the solution in the machine for a few hours before flushing with no improvement.

Only started happening after the machine was opened up to fix the grinder. During the repair process, the machine was started up with no water multiple times.
