


One year of progress
I’ve lurked here for awhile but wanted to share my progress pics. I started logging on the Lose It app starting 5/5/25. I had been on ozempic for almost a year before then but I hadn’t lost any weight until I started a calorie deficit. Since then, I have lost about 45lbs. I started at 191lbs, lowest weight was 145.2 a few weeks ago. Sitting at 147 today. The weight is coming off much slower since the beginning of the year. My goal is to get to 130. I eat on average 1300-1500 calories a day. I walk 4-5times a week with at least half the walks being 4+ miles. I weight train 3-4 times a week. I can’t believe I’m a size medium or small now. Just celebrated my 40th birthday and am in the best shape of my life!
