Getting promoted to Manager, what increase in compensation can I expect?
I’m a Senior Associate in Advisory and just found out informally today that I made promotion to Manager, which should be formally announced later this week. I understand there are a variety of factors that influence compensation increases (e.g., COL, current salary, performance of my business line, etc.), but generally speaking what kind of increase in salary/compensation can I expect when moving up to Manager?
