Return to work at PHSA post mat leave approaching in two months but I've an offer from another HA.
Has any employee who received a top-up allowance during maternity leave subsequently departed from PHSA prior to completing the stipulated six-month return-to-work period, which is a requirement to receive the top up allowance? If so, was the top-up allowance provided during mat leave subject to repayment? My return to work is approaching in a couple of months and I have a potential offer from another HA. Will I have to repay the top up? Has anyone experienced this?
