Economic Upliftment through Bullet train
I think that the Pune-Hyderabad bullet train will economically help Solapur and Kalburgi.
It will increase the brain drain but it is going to happen anyway.
In China,
High-speed rail (HSR) connection increases a non-core, small-to-medium city’s real GDP growth rate by an average of 0.52 to 3.3 percentage points.
I wish Latur would have been part of this line, but it would be technically not achievable.
Other great things which might improve Latur economically is Dedicated freight corridor(Special Malgadi) and water Canal connection.
We can never increase local employment through IT/services, only way is manufacturing
