At what stage of your recoveries did you all start driving, with or without doctor approval?

I am four weeks out of rotator cuff repair surgery, bicep tenodesis, debridement, shaved arthritis off the clavicle.

Hi, I am having my rotator cuff surgery next week. My surgeon is inserting a type of pain management bulb that I squeeze to numb my shoulder. Has anyone else had this? (In addition to oxycodone and ice etc)
