I have filed the FIR/complaint in the town Puri police nearby as well ,
And also going to file online FIR and Cier something as well once I start getting msgs on my reissued sim ..

Hi all
So i will checkout tomorrow around 8 am from hotel tomorrow,
And then head towards the mandir for rath yatra ,
So in morning what will be the usual program .? And will I need some contact or any pass to enter for jagannath ji darshan in morning ??
And then once all 3 deities are on rath ,then can we enter into rath yatra , and touch the ropes as well or it will also be allowed only for specific people ??

So my refund is also pending from around 10 months ,
I shifted to new place last year and have got aadhar updated , but pan is still not done ..
Can this be the cause for delay ??
Also from where can I get my PAN address updated ??
