I came back to my apartment after my holiday and found that a sealed bottle of Dr. Gab’s beer had exploded inside my kitchen cupboard. Beer had sprayed everywhere, leaked through the shelves, and damaged the cupboard.

The bottle had never been opened or even moved. I’ve never had this happen with any other beer in my life.

Has anyone else in Switzerland experienced the same thing with Dr. Gab’s? I’m wondering whether this is something that can happen with beer in general or if it’s a defect specific to this brand.
