I’ve been using the app for three days and love the mechanics, but during this time, I haven't been able to access any rooms when trying to use the web version. I can access the site normally, but whenever I try to enter a room (whether public or a study group) the screen just loads endlessly and I can't get in.

Is the problem with my PC, or is the site still undergoing maintenance on its features and won't work correctly for a few more days?
