Planted this 2 days ago from Proven Winners. Loosened the rootball, dug wider than the potter, threw in potting soil and some slow release fertilizer I had left to fill in some gaps. This is a spot that gets shade (from the house and Pom Pom tree) but I also have an umbrella if necessary. Right now the top of the soil is a little bit dry. I watered it yesterday and the petals were droopy then. The petals are still droopy now. Does it need more water? Is this normal? How much time do I give it to recover before I start worrying? I really don’t want a failed plant but not very good at this.
