i am tired of walking into your start up restaurant and seeing rats
i know you guys are here. the types who open smashburger joints with ya parents money. and what the customer can see of the dining room and kitchen are impeccable. but once i start asking to see the cooler/freezer, dates on food, anything past what the eye can see and everyone is stuttering and muttering about how their landlord or some type of outside force is causing them to cut corners in terms of food quality, storage, and overall cleanliness.
im basically part of if gordon ramsey was a corporation that sent people to new stores before the health inspector got there to let you know if you will make it past 6 months. i train managers, shift supervisors, anything you can think of reports to me when i enter. i just walked into a store and theres a rat trap under where the employees keep their clothes with a young mouse on it. so i already know these rats LIVE here. not gonna blast the store cause you gremlins would eat ts anyway. clean up your stores. i cannot wait until i get the city offer i would gladly shut you scumbags down. i have horror stories. for all the expensiveness of chipotle it is the cleanest kitchen you can find.
