Procedure to remove ex boyfriend Wales

Hi, my daughter and her boyfriend split up about 6months ago. He refused to leave, despite her being the only person on the tenancy agreement, paying all the rent plus bills. After 3 months she moved into a friend's house and generously gave him 3 months to move out. He will not leave. So..

On the 31st October I plan to go the house and tell him he has to leave and if not I will call the police to remove him, he can collect his belongings at a convenient time for her. Or they will be boxed up and brought to my house to collect. I'm going to get a locksmith in to change the locks also, letting the landlord know of course. Does this sound reasonable? She is still paying full rent for a flat she can't live in, he's basically squatting. He must go and it must be as agro free as possible. Any thoughts, thanks

Notice

Hi landlords, I've been living in a lovely flat for 3 years. Am now buying a house but it needs a lot of work. So need to keep renting for 3 months. I want to let my landlord know, but worried about the 2 months notice, what do you think? Would you prefer to know or am I putting myself at risk?
