Currently sitting in a BO role that I don’t enjoy. I have been interested in treasury since I joined GS but have been hearing a lot about the financial crimes compliance team which is making me curious. I haven’t heard of anyone moving from my current org to either one of those which leads me to think that’s not a normal transition. If anyone has a moment to answer a couple questions that would be greatly appreciated.

1. What is your work life balance like?
   [I’m not opposed to longer days I just like to know what I’m up against]
2. Any PTO blackout dates?
3. I hear the Dallas teams are favorited over any other location…any truth or insight to this?
4. Is there any collaborations with other teams on a regular basis?
5. How is the headcount in your team?
