Front & Back No Lawn, Day & Night

I've posted our back yard on here before. Last year we ripped out our front lawn and this year we finished the bulk of the planting. We also added a bunch of solar lights. We are lucky to live in a neighborhood with no HOA, so i can be as whimsical as I please :)

Old, reverted carnosa threw out a single, variegated stem

I've had this plant for years. It reverted almost immediately after I bought it and I, thankful that it was at least alive, just let it happen. Out of nowhere it decided to put out one, single variegated tendril. No idea why she's doing this now, but I'll take it! The leaves are so pretty.

Now... my mom asked me for a cutting of this plant. Do I make the ultimate sacrifice? Haha.
