This is the second gift I've received from this user and I am not friends with them, nor do I remember commenting on any of their abs. They have a couple abs claiming that they're quitting the game and just giving stuff away for free but I find that hard to believe because most people will sell their account or the items for actual money. Also, I heard ppl are being hacked after opening gifts from users they aren't friends with.
