Carlos Ezpeleta on TNT
Carlos has just been on tnt commentary during FP2 (no link as I'm watching live) and the majority of what he said was corpo speak bigging up the changes for next year but two points stuck out for me
- riders wanted the removal of warmup according to feedback dorna received. They haven't decided fully what Sunday mornings are going to look like yet but with no warmup they're expecting the day to look less cramped at the track in relation to the support classes.
- upon being asked if riders were consulted and whose fault it is if they weren't, he responded "well I don't want to point fingers but..." And seemed to imply the teams knew well in advance and apparently failed to discuss with the riders.
Interesting enough and wasn't just a press release in conversation form.
