I feel that as long as they don't see a major red flag about your personality, a lot of questions they ask are pretty generic and I don't see how anyone can decide to rank someone just based on these questions. I'm interviewing for Cards here, I'm not sure if it's similar in other subspecialties. Does anyone else get this feeling?

I made such a dumb mistake, I forgot to assign my documents, PS, LORs etc. to programs until today. It's only been 1.5 days, I'm hoping I haven't missed out on much ;(.
