Made the Country Pork Meatballs with Onion Gravy for dinner tonight!

Picked up some banh mi styled rolls from the local bakery and added some fresh salad toppings to create our own subs at home considering the kids wanted subway.

Holy freaking shirt balls man, these meatballs are amazing! If you haven't got onto making these yet, I highly recommend you do so on your next convenient winter's night! Super soft and flavoursome for how simple these are to make! That gravy is delicious as well, comes out super thick quite quickly! What an absolute winner this one was

Okay first of all, yes I am eating in bed 😂 it's 10pm, do not judge me (or do 🤷)! Slowly converting the partner into a Nagi lover as well!

The Taiwanese three cup chicken has been on the list to do since I saw it, and my partner decided to make it for dinner. Think it would have been good fresh, just a bit dry after being reheated! Will have to remake it and have it fresh to give it a proper judgement!

The Lemon Delicious lives up to its name. I love lemon deserts, so this had to live up to a lot! Still slightly warm when I got to it, this is a banger. Light and soft sponge, with a lovely lemon sauce! Highly recommend for the lemon lovers out there!

Made the slow cooker beef brisket for dinner tonight! Big day out and about, so was great to just chuck something on that worked in the background.

Great reviews from the household, but I found the sauce to be quite peppery for my tastes! How do you guys feel about it?

The Spicy Pork Sichuan Noodles from dinner! 2nd time making these, added in an extra bit of heat into it, because I like it hot, partner did not appreciate 🤭 but still enjoyed it!

Really quick and easy to throw together for a weeknight meal.
