Anyone from Vapi studying for Cat while working?

So an intern in our company asked the founder if we can have the holiday today (1st May) since it was labour’s Day. Remember this are the same founder who call their team a family or part of family. Here’s what the founder has replied.

Just a question if he ever took into account the employe benefits the similar startup provides to their employees.

So I’ve been trying to push my company to deduct my Pf team of 22 people register on EPFO. Since I’m a fresher the HR asked if i had UAN and she said they’ll do the needful 2 months nothing happen.

Last week again they followed up now she said it will be deducted from next month.

Anything that can be done here?
