Any female character mods?

Hello,

I saw a similar post but it was a few years old, just trying to figure out if there are any character mods that would allow me to make my character female in multiplayer? Or just make aesthetic changes and stuff?

Help with putting beads on a chain

Hello,

I have started jewelry making recently and am wondering the best/cleanest way to secure a bead like this to the chain while having the flower be as close as possible? I have put a pin through and curled it and hooked it on but that makes the flower kind of face down and dangle farther from the chain than I would like.
