Hi! I’ve been eyeing the new MAC frost lipsticks, particularly in Jet because it would be perfect for my halloween costume. However I’m trying to cut on expenses after buying all the materials. Anyone know of any similar lipstick shades out there that are a little more affordable? Doesn’t have to exactly be the same, just a similar shimmery black or grey would be awesome. Thanks in advance!

i’ve spent well over a decade stopping myself from throwing up and today i’m just so sick to my stomach all day with waves of nausea and sharp pain, that at this point i want to just let it happen and get it over with - but my body physically won’t let me. i’ll start to dry heave and gag but nothing will come out. i think ive forced myself to never do it and now i literally can’t figure out how to do it. any advice?
edit/update: after dry heaving I actually felt better and my nausea never came back almost a whole day later… not sure if it was a medication side effect issue or actually a stomach bug! but i’m grateful that nothing happened for now. at the same time, it was all anticipation and no release so i feel like it’s reversing some any progress towards recovery unfortunately. thanks to all who gave advice!
