Josh Gottheimer is a "Democrat," but has frequently been a swing voter, voting with Republicans on immigration and foreign affairs. He is notorious for being one of the most vocally Islamophobic members of Congress, and a rabid supporter of the war in Iran. To date, he has received over $2million from AIPAC. He ran unopposed in the Democratic primary, so Rueda is the best bet for a progressive alternative.
