My only real worry is the going full echo as compared to amalgram. Should I go full echo or hybrid?

Edit: I see a lot of comments complaining about the NBB and yes this is intentional cause my aim is the get the absolute most out of the frenzy talent. Three piece UA gives the most mag size bonus in the game and Frenzy heavily depends on mag size. Proto salvo + 1st UA bonus gives addtional fire rate. I have a tipping scales variant of this with overdogs instead and it isnt as effective in escalation as this one. I'm not saying raw DPS its better but im saying real ingame escalation combat this version wins because I can peek (with my large mag and fire rate), destroy, get back into cover.
