Hello, I’m an upcoming student UofR’s nursing school and I’m looking for housing options. Ideally I’d like a 12 month lease and to move in at the end of August since I have a couple prerequisites I need to finish up. Open to (preferably furnished) studio/1 bedroom apartments or roommates and at most around 10 minutes from campus. My budget is around $850 rent (preferably with utilities included but flexible). Please let me know if you have a place in mind or where I can find something. Currently using the Facebook pages and places4students.
