Coir mattress (coirfit) form Amazon..
Last year, I purchased a mattress from Coirfit, trusting the brand because of its strong online presence and reputation.
After using it for around 1.5 years, I recently discovered that the product delivered to me was not what I had ordered. I specifically ordered a coir mattress, but after inspecting it properly, it turns out to be a foam mattress instead.
The biggest issue with products like mattresses is that customers usually cannot verify the internal material at the time of delivery. I kept struggling with discomfort and poor sleep, assuming the mattress would improve over time or that I simply needed to adjust to it.
Unfortunately, that was not the case. I now feel misled and extremely disappointed by this experience.
I don't understand why brands have to cheat their customer in such ways.
