Phone system for Cleaning business

Hi Everyone,
What phone systems are you using for the phone number for your cleaning business? And how are you using your phone line? Do you answer calls yourself or do you have that outsourced? I’m looking to see if there are better options.

For my business I pay $70 a month for Quo/OpenPhone. I feel like it’s a bit on the expensive side. I did set up a call tree (press 1 if new client, 2 existing and 3 for other).

I also work with a wonderful admin who I outsource some of the admin work to like answering calls and emails when I can’t. I’m thinking of porting my number from Quo and building my own phone service but trying to weigh the benefits.

Do you always do in person estimates?

Hi, I started a new cleaning company and I have a question about quoting and estimation. Does everyone do in person estimates? To provide a quote do just get details over the phone? How do you deal with clients who are not ready to buy and just shopping around? Looking to understand best practices. I’ve been getting leads but only able to close a few, like 2-3%. Thank you.

Rental car

Visiting next week with a family of 4. I’m trying to determine if to book a rental car from the big brands (Avis, Hertz etc.) or to use one of the local ones.

I a regular size sedan for the duration of the stay is what we need but I could use an SUV for 1 day when we go off roading.

Any recommendations?
Is getting CDW required?

Thanks in advance.

EDIT: What is the deposit hold amount?
